By scanning physical cards at program intervals, this method resolves timing issues and shortens queues, ensuring a smoother recording process. The objective is to streamline attendance management, resulting in consistent merit collection and a chances for dormitory eligibility. Ultimately, this refined approach drives student impact by simplifying participation, encouraging more students to actively engage in university activities through a faster, more user-friendly merit system.
