Museum Quest is an interactive museum learning system designed to make cultural heritage more engaging and accessible for visitors. The project combines technology and education by allowing visitors to explore artifacts through touch-based interaction, multimedia presentations and quizzes.
When a visitor touches a sensor, information about a selected artifact is displayed, accompanied by an audio explanation. To enhance learning, the system also includes interactive quizzes that test visitors' understanding of the artifact they have explored. In addition, Museum Quest supports artifact safety and preservation by reducing the need for visitors to physically handle sensitive artifacts. Through digital information displays and audio guidance, visitors can explore and learn about artifacts while maintaining a safe distance, helping to protect valuable historical items from damage and ensuring their long-term conservation. Museum Quest transforms traditional museum visits into an immersive and enjoyable learning experience, encouraging visitors of all ages to discover and appreciate cultural heritage in a fun and interactive way.
