Prolonged carrying of heavy school bags signicantly impacts student health leading to poor posture, muscular fatigue, and spinal strain especially among school students.Standard backpacks subject the wearer to peak forces up to three times the actual load during movement . This project introduces an innovative backpack designed to absorb kinetic energy and mitigate vertical oscillation.By integrating a suspension system,the design reduced load stress on the body up to 80 - 90 percent compared to conventional bags . This innovation aims to protect students long term spinal health,improve walking efficienly and provide a significantly more comfortable carrying experience.
