In many universities today, students still rely on old-fashioned plastic ID cards. These physical cards are easy to lose, wear out quickly, and often do not provide enough helpful services for daily campus life. Because of this, students often deal with slow attendance taking, confusing payment processes, and difficulties when trying to enter buildings like libraries or labs. This project aims to fix these issues by creating the EduBand, a smart bracelet that acts as a digital student ID. By using simple RFID and NFC technology, this device allows students to easily tap their way into facilities, pay for food or services without cash, and automatically record their attendance in class. Additionally, the system includes a digital way to track student achievements and activity records, making it easier for colleges to monitor progress. The expected result is a much smoother experience for students, as they no longer need to carry extra cards or worry about manual sign-ins. Overall, the EduBand makes university life much simpler, faster, and more organized for everyone on campus.
