Plastic waste from conventional grow bags has become a serious environmental issue , prompting the development of sustainable alternatives. This project aimed to produce a biodegradable bio grow bag using natural and renewable materials. The bio grow bag was made from natural ingredients including starch, banana peel and coconut fibre through heating, moulding, and drying processes . The final product was evaluated for its strength, flexibility, and suitability for plant growth. The results showed that the bio grow bag was durable, biodegradable, and capable of supporting plant growth. Overall, it provides an eco-friendly alternative to reduce plastic waste and promote sustainable agriculture practices.
