Collaborative work is widely used in both academic and professional settings, making effective teamwork important for productivity. However, unequal participation often occurs, where some members contribute less, causing imbalance and inefficiency. This project aims to develop an all-in-one collaborative document application that improves accountability and teamwork. The system is developed as a digital document-based platform with real-time collaboration and AI-powered contribution tracking, along with features similar to word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations, including activity monitoring, avatars, and in-file messaging. The expected outcome is improved transparency and balanced contributions. This project provides a efficient and fair solution for managing collaborative work.
