FROM IMAGINATION TO INNOVATION: AR FOR INTERACTIVE SCIENCE LEARNING is an innovative educational project that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) to create an engaging and meaningful Science learning experience. Students begin by designing and building imaginary animal models using recycled materials. With the help of Gemini AI, scientific stories and explanations are generated, while Assemblr EDU transforms the models into interactive AR experiences using the Place on Surface and Scan to Pop Up features. This innovation enables students to visualize abstract Science concepts such as habitats, adaptations, ecosystems, and biodiversity in an interactive way. By combining creativity, AI, and AR, the project promotes active learning, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), collaboration, and digital literacy. Aligned with SDG 4: Quality Education, NextGen Science transforms traditional Science lessons into immersive, student-centred learning experiences that inspire curiosity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
