UiTM libraries often experience overcrowding during peak periods such as study and exam weeks, making it difficult for students to find available seats. This highlights the lack of an efficient system to manage seat reservations. The objective of this project is to develop Sit'N'Read: UiTM Library Queue and Seat Booking System. The system is developed using web and mobile application technologies integrated with a centralized database and QR code check-in feature for real-time tracking. The expected outcome is reduced waiting time and fairer seat allocation. This project improves library management efficiency and enhances students’ learning experience.
