This system allows students to easily compare rent prices, book rooms and make complaints online. The user friendly dashboard provides filters, price range, house types, along with announcements and bulletin boards. Home owners are also greatly benefit through safe and secure payments and complete monitoring of bookings. This system can be commercialised on a larger scale and in different locations, particularly for higher education institutions in providing accommodation for non-resident students.
