Human-centric cybersecurity threats are rising in Malaysia, with over 47,000 cybercrime reports and RM1.2 billion in online scam losses in 2024. These threats exploit human vulnerabilities through social engineering, yet existing awareness campaigns rely on passive, ineffective materials. To drive practical behavioral change, CyberWise was developed as an interactive cybersecurity platform combining gamified education, role-based simulations, community engagement, and AI-driven personalisation. The mobile application delivers localised threat trend visualisations and simulations for end users, managed via an administrative web platform. Ultimately, CyberWise empowers everyday Malaysian users, transforming them into an effective first line of defense against digital threats.
