REN Buddy is an intelligent smart property automation system developed to assist Malaysian Real Estate Negotiators 
(REN) in managing property listings more efficiently through the integration of web scraping technology, Telegram 
Bot API, smart filtering algorithms, cloud computing, REST API, webhooks, content management systems (CMS), 
dashboards, and automated publishing features. The system is designed to automate the collection, filtering, 
management, and publishing of property listings from multiple sources such as Telegram groups, property websites, 
and online platforms into a centralized dashboard while providing real-time updates, listing analytics, smart 
notifications, image handling, and website integration features for REN agents. REN Buddy enables users to monitor 
scraped listings, apply customized filters based on property type, location, and price range, and automatically 
publish listings to personal property websites with agent branding, thereby reducing manual workload, improving 
productivity, minimizing time consumption, and enhancing the efficiency of property marketing activities. In 
addition, the project aims to help REN agents stay competitive in the modern digital real estate industry by ensuring 
their websites remain continuously updated with the latest property information while allowing agents to focus more 
on client engagement and closing deals. Furthermore, REN Buddy contributes toward Sustainable Development 
Goal (SDG) 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 11: 
Sustainable Cities and Communities by supporting digital transformation, automation, and innovation within the 
real estate sector.
