Sistem Kehadiran Program Perpustakaan UiTM (ReKa) is a digital innovation developed by KIK BLITZ from Jabatan Perpustakaan, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), to improve the registration and attendance management process for library programs. Previously, attendance data was managed manually, not centralized, and exposed to errors, duplication, delayed reporting, and difficulties in monitoring program performance. In 2025, Perpustakaan UiTM organized 1,813 programs involving 264,375 participants, with the manual process taking 3,882 minutes or 65 hours, cumulatively. The project introduced a centralized online system that enables program registration, participant attendance recordings, QR-based verification, automated certificate generation, and real-time reporting. The implementation of ReKa reduced the total processing time to 85 minutes or 1.4 hours, achieving 97.8% time savings. The system also improves data accuracy, supports paperless work practices, reduces certificate printing costs and enables systematic monitoring across UiTM libraries. ReKa has been implemented in a real operational environment and standardized across the UiTM library network. The project supports UiTM’s digital transformation agenda, strengthens data governance and enhances the quality of library service delivery.
