Mathematics is a subject that poses a considerable challenge for primary school students. It comprises numerous topics that require students to study them. Not all students can master every topic in mathematics, including the coordinate topic. Based on research conducted on several Year 4 students, it was found that some students still struggle to grasp this topic, even though it is considered relatively easy. This topic only requires students to determine values on the x-axis and y-axis to establish coordinates. However, students often make mistakes in recording them in the correct coordinate format or marking them in the right positions. Students typically struggle to determine which one is the x-axis and which one is the y-axis. These misunderstandings lead to many students failing to answer this topic effectively. Therefore, this innovative project aims to address these misunderstandings by serving as a guide for students in learning and answering this topic. A special card, Kat Mana Tu is designed to address this issue. The materials used in creating this card can reduce waste and promote recycling. The cost involved is affordable and can be easily accessible to all students, making it user-friendly. Collaboration with College of Computing, Informatics and Mathematics, Universiti Teknologi MARA Melaka has been carried out to enhance the effectiveness of this product. Pre and Post study was conducted among 26 pupils from SK Abdullah and shown that the understanding level among the students were increased. Some modifications will be made, such as turning it into a bookmark and adjusting features in the card to make it usable for all sections in coordinate problems.
