SmartFix is an AI-powered & IoT-based predictive maintenance and monitoring application designed for smart homes using IoT technology. Many homeowners only detect appliance issues after serious damage occurs, leading to high repair costs and inconvenience. This project aims to develop a system that predicts equipment failures at an early stage and provides automated maintenance support. The system uses IoT sensors to collect real-time data such as temperature and energy usage which is then analyzed using AI and machine learning models. The expected result is early fault detection with risk alerts and service recommendations. This application helps reduce maintenance costs, improve safety, and enhance smart home efficiency.
