This study tests the effectiveness of glue made from okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) and banana (Musa acuminata) peels. The glue is made by extracting okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) mucilage and blending it with banana (Musa acuminata) peel extracts and water. Results show that the glue sticks well to light materials and is biodegradable, making it an eco-friendly alternative to synthetic adhesives. However, its strength needs improvement for better durability and reliability. The study suggests further research to improve bonding ability and test its performance under different conditions, such as changes in temperature and humidity, to determine if it has more useful applications.
