Soil pH plays a vital role in determining plant health and crop productivity. However, conventional methods of managing soil pH present major challenges. Farmers who rely on manual pH meters must check each plant individually, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, especially on large farms. Without proper monitoring, soil pH may be inaccurate, leading to unhealthy crops and inefficient use of alkaline substances. To address these issues, this project introduces the Soil pH Guardian V2, a smart automated system that combines soil pH sensors, a microcontroller, an alkaline water pump, and a rain sensor. The system continuously monitors soil pH and automatically regulates alkaline water supply when necessary, while preventing wastage during rainfall. This innovation reduces time, effort, and resource usage, ensuring accurate pH management for healthier soil and sustainable farming practices. The Soil pH Guardian V2 provides a practical, eco-friendly solution that can be applied in both small-scale and large-scale agriculture.
