NUR IZZATUL AIN NADIRAH BINTI AZIZI POLITEKNIK TUANKU SULTANAH BAHIYAH (PTSB)
The PTSB Marketplace project is a mobile application development initiative designed specifically for students of Politeknik Tuanku Sultanah Bahiyah (PTSB). This idea arose from the needs of students who often face difficulties in obtaining used goods such as reference books, clothes, and gadgets at reasonable prices. Most of the buying and selling transactions that occur are now carried out in an unorganized manner through social media or by word of mouth, causing information not to reach all students and making the negotiation process difficult.
The main objective of this application is to provide an organized, easy-to-use, and user-friendly buying and selling platform for the PTSB student community. Through this application, students can advertise used goods for sale, find the items they need, and make buying and selling transactions faster and safer. In addition, this application also supports the concept of sustainability by encouraging recycling practices, reducing waste, and helping students save on daily expenses.
With the existence of PTSB Marketplace, it is hoped that there will be a small business ecosystem among students that will not only facilitate buying and selling, but also build community spirit, increase awareness of the importance of sustainability, and support a more practical and economical student lifestyle.
