The Individual Creativity Assessment Tool (i-CAT) is a web-based platform designed to evaluate, predict, and monitor the creativity levels of employees within an organization. Creativity is one of the key drivers of innovation, problem-solving, and competitiveness in today’s dynamic business environment, and i-CAT provides organizations with a systematic way to measure this crucial trait. The tool uses a structured assessment framework that captures various dimensions of individual creativity, such as originality, flexibility, idea generation, problem-solving capability, and openness to innovation. By gathering and analyzing data, i-CAT offers insights into both the strengths and areas for improvement of each employee’s creative potential. This tools explores the creativity based on four organizational cultures which include adhocracy culture, clan culture, hierarchy culture as well as market culture. The tools will automatically analyzes the responses based on these four cultures of creativity. The results are displayed with both indicators and predictors, giving a deeper understanding of creativity levels.
