The MyIP (My Idioms and Proverbs) application is an Android-based innovation developed to help primary school students learn and master English idioms and proverbs more easily, enjoyably, and interactively. Studies show that many students face difficulties understanding idioms and proverbs because they are only introduced in textbooks without clear explanations. As a result, their usage in daily communication becomes weak and often inaccurate.

The MyIP app provides several main screens, including Idioms (containing ten idioms with their meanings and example sentences), Proverbs (ten English proverbs with meanings and usage examples), Quiz (to test students’ understanding), Video (linking students to YouTube resources about idioms and proverbs), and Chat AI (allowing students to ask questions directly and receive instant answers). There is also an Us screen that displays the list of team members involved in developing the application.

This innovation has positive impacts in education by improving English proficiency, socially by instilling moral values through proverbs, and technologically by showcasing the use of digital applications in language learning. MyIP demonstrates that mastering a foreign language can be simplified through the integration of technology and creativity.
